Senior Healthcare Assistant

We are currently recruiting for Senior Healthcare Assistants in the Leeds and Bradford area. Support us to ensure we can continue to provide great care to the people of Yorkshire. We will guarantee you a personal sense of achievement, along with a salary from £160 to £220 per day, including holiday pay (this will be discussed at interview). As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will work with vulnerable individuals to help them live their lives to the fullest whilst supporting them to maintain their independence. Assisting with their physical and personal needs, you will enhance each individual's wellbeing and quality of life through your positive approach and supportive caring philosophies.

Our client’s services include EMI, Dementia and Residential Homes. The role entails supporting registered nurses taking responsibility for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social care needs of the residents. You will be assisting residents with all aspects of personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals and updating records. You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people and generally promote the residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care. This is a great opportunity for all Care Assistants to gain a variety of different experiences within different settings.

Registered General Nurse

UnityPlus Health Care are currently recruiting for experienced Registered General Nurses (RGN) in the Hull area. Weekly pay for Registered General Nurses varies from £21 – £23 per hour. This role is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses wanting either full-time flexible work or just 1 or 2 shifts a week within nursing or EMI care homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be providing quality care, inspiring innovation and delivering value to help continue success to our clients. You will be providing an assessment, treatment and rehabilitation service for patients who may be suffering from a range of complex conditions including dementia and/or mental health needs. You will be working in a fast-paced environment to support a busy team, so it is essential you are well organized and able to learn quickly. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurses to work according to their own needs and within services they may excel in.

You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people and generally promoting the patients’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care. Enabling patients with difficulties to receive a truly integrated and holistic approach to their treatment, regardless of complexity or severity will be a part of your role.

What we require from you:

  • Experience in the role of Registered Nurse within the last 5 years in the UK
  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • Valid proof and clear registration with the NMC and Professional Indemnity Insurance (RCN/Unison)
