By focusing on recruiting high-quality candidates and maintaining compliance standards, I help create a reliable and capable workforce that empowers care homes to achieve their goals – whether that’s improving care quality, meeting regulatory benchmarks, or maintaining safe staffing levels.

Additionally, by mentoring and supporting my team, I help them reach their individual and collective targets, which strengthens our overall service delivery. I aim to remove barriers and provide the support needed for both clients and colleagues to succeed.

What are your hobbies?

I have a toddler, so there isn’t much time for hobbies; however, whenever I have a moment to myself, I like to read a really good book or watch a film.
