Alin has been with Unity Plus for over three years, starting as an Agency Cleaner before progressing through an apprenticeship into his current role. His journey reflects his dedication and commitment to personal growth, earning him a Level 2 Business Administration qualification and an Apprenticeship of the Year award.
Today, Alin plays a key role in matching clients with the most suitable staff, building strong relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects Unity Plus’ values.
Alin is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues, and takes pride in supporting others in their development.
How long have you been at Unity Plus?
I have been with Unity Plus since July 2022.
Tell us about your career history?
Initially, I worked here as an Agency Cleaner before being offered an apprenticeship, which led to my current role.
What qualifications do you hold?
I have GCSEs in all core subjects, along with History, Computer Science, iMedia and Business. I also completed a Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship and received an Apprenticeship of the Year award while working at Unity Plus.
How do you feel your role supports Unity Plus’ mission?
It allows me to make sure everyone truly feels part of our company’s family through my actions. It also gives me the opportunity to promote our core principles on a daily basis, helping others understand what the company truly stands for.
Alin Pop’s Responsibilities
My most important responsibility at Unity Plus is ensuring that our clients’ needs are consistently met by the most suitable staff member. This helps foster a strong rapport and encourages positive growth between clients and service providers.
Other key duties include supporting all of our customers both internally and externally in their development, and ensuring everyone feels welcomed when interacting with us.
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies include consuming various forms of media, such as books, movies, and games. In my spare time, I also enjoy fishing and spending time with friends and family.
My interesting fact is that I am well-educated in various languages and can speak three fluently: Romanian, Italian, and English. I have also lived in each of these countries.
