Unity Plus was my first job, and I had no reason to ever leave.
Zainab’s Responsibilities
My main responsibility, in a few words, is to make sure that everyone gets paid. I am responsible for liaising with all the field staff and the homes regarding shifts and payments.
I know how hard our teams work, and I do everything to ensure that there are no concerns with their payments.
How does your role support Unity Plus’ mission?
Unity Plus prioritises its people, and ensuring that everyone is paid accurately and on time is a huge responsibility.
My role enables me to fulfil Unity’s mission by ensuring I am available to all teams, addressing any concerns they may have regarding their pay.
It also ensures that homes are clear and confident about the payments that they are making.
