Healthcare Assistant – Hull
We are looking for passionate, dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team, in order to help us to continue delivering high-quality care to individuals across Hull and the Humber region.
In this rewarding role, you’ll work with vulnerable individuals, supporting them to live as independently and fully as possible. Whether in nursing homes or care homes, you’ll be part of a compassionate team committed to providing outstanding care.
Your role will include:
✔ Supporting individuals to achieve their goals and maintain independence
✔ Providing personalised care
✔ Assisting with personal care
✔ Supporting with meal preparation and hydration
✔ Supporting with moving and handling
✔ Light domestic duties
✔ Reporting any concerns to management
✔ Communicating effectively with residents and families
✔ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
✔ Providing companionship and promoting emotional wellbeing

About you
We’re looking for kind, reliable people who genuinely care about others. You’ll need:

A professional reference – which shows that you have a minimum of 1 year of care home experience in the UK.

Pay and Hours
Salary: £12.21 – £14.00 per hour
