Registered Nurse (General/Mental Health/Learning Disabilities) – Hull
We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in helping us continue delivering high-quality care to individuals across Hull and the Humber region.

Your role will include:
✔ Providing nursing care through individual care plans
✔ Supporting individuals to achieve their goals and maintain independence
✔ Medication administration
✔ Monitor vital signs and report any changes
✔ Supporting with meal preparation and hydration
✔ Reporting any concerns to management
✔ Providing companionship and promoting emotional well-being
✔ Dealing with emergencies
✔ Reviewing care plans
✔ Leading a care team effectively
✔ Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
✔ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
✔ Assisting with personal care
✔ Ensuring that IPC procedures are adhered to
About you

Proof of right to work in the UK – we can’t place you in roles without it.
A professional reference – which shows that you have a minimum of 1 year of care home experience in the UK
Valid and clear proof of your registration with the NMC
Proof of your Professional Indemnity Insurance
Experience in medication administration
Excellent communication skills, allowing you to lead by example
