Our company aims
To find effective ways of promoting social care as a career path for the next generation of workers in order to meet the sector’s needs.
To establish a regulatory body to ensure the standard of staff working in care agencies matches that of those provided by Unity Plus.

Our recent company achievements
We opened our new headquarters in the LOXA Building in Leeds in 2024. The office boasts a larger space, including two interview rooms, a large training room, a large multi-disciplinary room, and private meeting areas.
In our new headquarters, we are developing a CommUNITY hub designed to hold social events and interact with service users.
In 2024, we celebrated Alin Pop, who won Intermediate Apprentice of the Year at Wakefield Express’ West Yorkshire Apprenticeship Awards 2024.
