Registered Nurse (General/Mental Health/Learning Disabilities) – North Yorkshire
We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in helping us continue delivering high-quality care to individuals across North Yorkshire.

Your role will include:
✔ Providing nursing care through individual care plans
✔ Supporting individuals to achieve their goals and maintain independence
✔ Medication administration
✔ Monitor vital signs and report any changes
✔ Supporting with meal preparation and hydration
✔ Reporting any concerns to management
✔ Providing companionship and promoting emotional well-being
✔ Dealing with emergencies
✔ Reviewing care plans
✔ Leading a care team effectively
✔ Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
✔ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
✔ Assisting with personal care
✔ Ensuring that IPC procedures are adhered to
